I highly recommend special Touch for your home care needs. I needed services immediately and the coordinator Maria who is very professional along with the others coordinators, came through at the last minute. All services I received so far from their office/ HHAs , has been excellent. My advice to all that requires their services, "Treat everyone with respect. The way you would like to be treated. Don't forget to say Thank you to the HHA for all that is done for you. "APPRECIATE !" Thank you Special Touch for all you do for me. God bless you all.

I took time off from my job to come in person to do the application. Martha, one of the recruiters assisted me. She asked me to email a couple documents which I did immediately. I did the application perfectly and I thought she seemed nice. However, she never reached out to me regarding the application. I called her phone plenty of times but she never answered even though her coworkers said she was in the office. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard back. I got in contact with one of the recruiters that called me to come in person to do the application and she literally asked me to stop calling their phone saying that “they are busy”. Her name is Elba Noboa. I was just interested in working for this company and now I’m far from it.

This is the worst company out here. They wait until the last minute to tell you they have no one to replace. Some of the so called workers need home attendants themselves!

Started out as a great agency, with a good aide and support but then turned south really fast. We were only getting aides that didn’t want to do any work and would give attitude when told to do something. They kept switching coordinators without letting us know or telling us why. Ultimately, we ended up leaving because we were not getting good aides.

probably the longest i’ve ever waited for a job to start…they don’t reach out to you so if you decide to train here, beware that after you’re done with training, no one will call you about anything.

Both of my parents used special touch & in the last yrs they have gone down they feel like they can make decisions without consulting the family. you speak to supervisors nothing gets resolved if you don't have to use this agency please don't really save yourself the headache

I've been with Special Touch as an HHA for almost 5 years. It's been such a positive experience. My coordinators have great communication skills (a must) and have been very supportive.
